The bM Connectors allow input/output connections between the bM Platform and the different existing data sources in the cloud to provide new mobile services. They are communication protocol specific to be invoked according to the source available connectivity:
- bM TCP/IP (patented)
- HTTP
- HTTPS
- ODBC
- Web Services
- Serial
Heterogeneous data from different existing sources can then be reached through the different bM Connectors.
bM Connectors allow also connection between different fixed or mobile devices, sensors, machineries, industrial plants to the bM platform component on the server.
Moreover bM Connectors allow different bM platforms to connect each other in order to realize a distributed architecture for horizontal and vertical scalability of services.
